Responsibilities for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition:1. Manage the entire gamut of Talent Acquisition.
2. Working closely with the Function Heads to design and outline the roles.
3. Working on the manpower budget.Making selections through competency-based interviews.
4. Manage the campus drives.
5. Working with external vendors.
6. Extracting the best suitable and competent candidate for hiring from online portals.
7. Manage employee referral channel.
8. Investigate and determine employee needs.
9. Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.
10. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
11. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
12. Plan employee referral programs.
13. Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools.
14. Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.
15. Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
16. Design, plan and execute selection processes Reviews employment applications and background check reports.
17. Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.
18. Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience.
19. Suggest measures for improving employee retention.
20. Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
21. Attend career and college fairs, and similar events.
Ideal Applicant:- Full time MBA HR preferred
- Min. 3 - 5 years experience post qualification into Corporate Recruitment.
- Strong HR domain knowledge.
