- Overseeing FMCG/ FMDG Recruitment

Education: Master/ PG degree in Human Resources is a Must. Important Note

Responsible for:

a) Manpower budgeting & Planning for all Functions and Mfg Units

b) Payroll and Statutory Compliances for entire Organisation

c) Budgeting, Administration and facilities management of Manufacturing Units, Guest houses and Corporate Office, Security, Canteen, Guest-house, Travel (incl. stay)

d) Working with Business / Functional stakeholders to ensure right recruitment of talent

e) Execution of Corporate HR plan - PMS, L&D, Action planning & execution of employee engagement

- Minimum qualification will be a postgraduate in MHRM / MBA or equivalent / certified in Compliance / Labour Laws

- Minimum experience of 10+years in HR and IR especially in manufacturing or processing units

- Hands on experience in ensuring HR compliance and managing complex IR dynamics.

- Preferred Industry: experience in Industrial Relations in Military / Army / Aviation / F&B

- Prior experience of managing large team size

- Experience of managing large volume of employees in multiple locations in Logistics/Warehouse/Production unit/Factory

- Strong interpersonal skills and a good listener

- Conversant in regional language

- Willingness to Travel

- Adept in conflict and crisis management

- High levels of persuasion, influence & facilitation skills

- Flexibility, adaptability and ability to think laterally in different environments

- Strong focus on delivery and results with high drive and energy levels
