THE ROLE BRIEF :
Job Role : Sr Manager Talent Acquisition
Job Location : Mumbai
Reports to : Head HR
QUALIFICATION : MBA HR with 3-9 years' post qualification experience in FMCG/CD/Retail sales organization.
BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS (Both essential & desirable) :
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good at coordination and multitasking
- Self-starter
- Good team player with business acumen and leadership skills.
Area of responsibility :
- TA Strategy
- TA Delivery (Managerial and above level)
- TA Center of excellence
- TA Capability building
1) Internal : Assess and build internal & external capabilities for development and deployment of processes and methodologies aimed at reducing cost and improving the quality of hires.
2) External :
- Create a process to evaluate search partners with objective to upgrade their capability to attract best talent, constantly review performance levels.
- Create healthy mix of reasonable number of search partners basis their specialization, capacity, market reach, credibility, approach, internal processes, result orientation and performance delivery. Review this process on annual basis.
