The incumbent will be responsible for Strategy and Team mentoring for TA function with below responsibility:
a. Talent Acquisition

Employee Branding
Talent Acquisition:
1. Design and implement the talent acquisition framework for sales role.
2. Assess the talent gap in budgeted versus actual manpower in different locations in sales and develop the talent acquisition plan along with business to ensure that required manpower is available on time
3. Optimize cost of talent acquisition by proper utilization of source mix for hiring.
4. Hire, train and build the required expertise and capacity within the talent acquisition team to support the business requirements.
5. Hiring for Pan India , Core sales function and driving numbers week on week and month on month basis
6. Tracking source mix and ensuring daily and weekly productivity.
7. Hiring Bulk sales people across Pan India
