Our client is a reputed MNC Financial Services firm looking to grow their shared services centres in India.

They are looking to hire a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional experienced in technology and operations hiring with reputed MNC Captives/ ITES firms.

Description

Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, the incumbent will work very closely with business leaders to drive TA agenda of the organisation.

You would need to leverage recruiting expertise to inculcate strategy to attract and hire the top talent to support business and growth objectives.

Profile

- 12 to 14 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition across technology, operations and support functions hiring




- Prior experience with reputed MNCs shared services set up will be preferred




- Familiarity with Workday/Taleo hiring preferred




- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive change management




- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
