- We are hiring for fast growing, well funded India's top fashion ecommerce organisation . This is an exciting opportunity to act as a strong lead to make sure that the organization is strong and well placed on the people front and at the same time managing the high growth expectations.
- The incumbent should be a nimble and fast tracked recruitment specialist who can turn things around fast. The role shall require a great deal of propelling and managing expectations from the management in terms of targets for recruitment. A performer by heart and spirit with the ability to get the best of the team.
Preferred : MBA(H.R)- Top College.
Background of relevant working experience from Ecommerce or Retail companies( both online and offline organisation candidates are okay )
Responsibilities :
- You will be working with business and the other teams to devise a solid recruitment strategy.
- You will need to put in place best practices for managing and mapping strong candidates. Apply industry best practices and make a mark.
- You will be required to get actively involved in Headhunting of candidates for senior / niche roles through the best methods available in the market
- Growing and developing the longer-term talent pipeline strategy using innovative talent attraction techniques
- You would need to work towards improving and optimizing recruitment processes and candidate experience.
