- Min 10-12 yrs in EPC hiring big companies in infrastructure projects - no builders or developers. Must have hired Sr Project / site personnel . (Construction/ Engineering/ Cement / Metal/ Industrial products)
- End to End recruitment for Site and HO requirement.
- End to End Talent Acquisition for the Mechanical, Electrical, Civi divisions across grades and function
- Must understand key terminology used in the civil industry .
- If required ready to travel to sites or other locations for interviews (Manufacturing units )
- Managing full recruitment cycle for positions from entry level (campus hiring) up to Business Heads for different functions like Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, Contracts, Commercial, Tendering & Estimation, Planning, Manufacturing units, Projects, Engineering & other support functions like HR, Admin, Finance & IT Conducting and assessing psychometric tests for
- Managerial and Supervisory roles from Thomas International- PPA (Personal Profile Assessment) and GIA (General Intelligence Assessment)
- Soliciting and documenting hiring manager and candidate feedback throughout the interview process
- Developing and managing strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ensuring that the standard metrics for recruitment is being traced and met- TAT, cost per hire, source and offer acceptance ratio
- Consistently meeting & adhering the performance metrics of 70% ratio for resume submission to interview and 50% ratio for interview to hire Recruitment Digitization
- Driving the adoption of online recruitment module and optimize the utilization of applicant tracking system
- Reviewing internal parity/ compensation, checking the fitment & negotiating with selected candidates.
- Explaining the employment terms & compensation structure to the selected candidates
- Standardization of Recruitment Processes & Policies across SBUs Assist in framing and improvising the Talent Acquisition Standard operating procedures and policies (Recruitment Policy, Incentive Policy, SLA Document Policy etc.)
