Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage complete lifecycle staffing process for Product Based stat up/ E-commerce/Internet Domain Companies.
- Manage assigned corporate accounts, build lasting relationships with client manager and team members, mine the account and increase our value and revenue
- Ensure quality and timeliness in service delivery to the client at all times
- Arrange Clients strategy meetings with objective to recruit methods plus sourcing plans.
- Monitor maintenance of all internal resume tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to assure staffing methods are followed to incorporate timely feedback.
- Stimulate time to fill, interview to placement ratio and maintain 70% Joining Ratio
- Provide hiring metrics to organization as required.
- Develop reports for management recruitment on spreadsheet.
- Managed portfolio of 1 Cr.to 5 Cr. Revenue( Yearly )
- Work on roles like Backend, Front end, Devops, UX designer, Product Manager, Software Architect, Engineering Manager, Director of Engineering, VP- Engineering, chief technical officer
. Requirements and Qualifications
- MBA-HR degree preferred
- 5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with at least two year's experience in handle 5-10 recruiter team.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, determination, and strategic thinking skills.
- Requires experience in IT Staffing sales, Marketing /Business development
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Managerial and leadership skills.

- Should be a team player with an enthusiastic attitude and must be target driven and able to thrive in a time pressured environment
