We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager for a series A funded D2C Wellness Platform.
Job Profile:
- Lead recruitment and talent acquisition with agencies & direct hiring
- Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
- Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans to reduce time-to-hire
- Gather job profile & requirements from functional team and draft job descriptions
- Spearhead sourcing from agencies and online job posting
- Conduct assessment test and give assignments to candidates as pre-hiring process
- Orchestrate recruitment & selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
- Work on Application Tracking System (ATS) for efficient team collaboration
- Conduct background verification and check reports
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Lead employment branding initiatives
Requirements:
- 7-10 Years of end to end recruitment experience preferably with a startup.
- Specialization in hiring multifunction mid to senior level roles.
- Digital tools savvy to implement ATS and other automation tools.
