Opening as Sr Manager Talent Acquisition -Leading chemical organisation
- Responsible for the entire sourcing and selection process from initiation of vacancy to onboarding the new hire (internal and external) within established processes and policies.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for assigned divisions/functions and levels
- Perform SOV analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare and extend role basis analysis to ensure quick and quality traction basis complexity of role and availability of talent.
- Objective is to source and recruit candidates by using internal databases, social media etc i.e. reduce dependence on vendors.
- Responsible for initial interview - screening and shortlisting before presenting to hiring manager.
- Ensure adherence to process - system, selection and assessment processes and established norms/policies
- Responsible for contributing in building the EVP for the organization by being the brand ambassador and first point of contact - Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
