We are hiring for a leading Banking client. Role details are given below:
Position Duties:
- End to end recruiting ownership & accountability for frontline/ lateral roles
- Designs develop and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Drives, the recruiting team to achieve targets
- Experience in the market and competitive mapping
- Ability to advise the recruitment team and business on recruitment, channel and branding best practices
- Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
- Plan and coordinate mass recruiting events, for instance, campus hiring, recruitment drives, etc.
- Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies
- Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process
- Sets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization
Candidate Requirements
- MBA (HR) preferably from a Tier 1 institute
- Overall 8-10 years experience and
- Good knowledge of candidates sourcing methods
- Experience using online recruiting sources for job postings and resume sourcing (Monster, Naukri, LinkedIn, other social and nonsocial channels)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
. Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal, presentation and interaction skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
Must have volume hiring experience ( as a team around 800 offers are issued a month) / entry level fleet on street hiring exp./ conducting drives/ managing difficult stakeholders at branch and zonal level/ hence has to be articulate.
MBA is a must
Age : Upto 35 yrs.
ideally some liability hiring experience (CASA)
Preferably knows south Indian language
