As a Sr. Manager- Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for:
- Handling the Non-IT hiring (lateral, volume and leadership)
- Determine good source mix for hiring
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
- Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
- Assist in employee retention and development
- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
- Lead employment branding initiatives
- Looking at professionals with 10 years of experience from KPO/ Captive background with excellent communication skills
