Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition


Role & Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization, focusing primarily on BPO bulk hiring.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.

- Recruitment Execution: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the BPO domain.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior management and department heads to understand their hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.

- Performance Metrics: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and adjust as needed to improve efficiency and quality of hires.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a high level of communication and engagement.

- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and local labour laws,and promote best practices in recruitment and selection.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging recruitment strategies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in BPO bulk hiring, with at least 2 years in a Manager HR role within the BPO industry.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment efforts in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
