Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - BPO - Female Candidates only
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive large volume hiring in Frontline BPO space for 2 sites (Pune & Baroda) covering both domestic / international processes.
- Manage a team of Recruitment Professionals and Nurture Talent
- Ensure a healthy Channel Mix as per org direction and profile targets.
- Strategic manpower planning for project specific recruitment within defined time frames and
- Stakeholder management
- Identify future talent needs of the organization and proactively develop talent pool or social engagements for future requirements.
- Meet challenging recruiting targets consistently, within agreed timelines, ensuring right quality, at optimum cost.
- Help drive Automation in Talent Acquisition
- Drive cost-effective hiring initiatives.
- Analyse, recommend & implement Process Improvements in Talent search process.
- Arrange and review job descriptions and specifications.
- Generate monthly MIS Reports and review open mandates and with rational per candidate.
- Adhere to Recruitment Guidelines and ensure 100% process compliance.
Profile & Experience:
- 12 + years of experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.
- Must have strong experience in managing large volume hiring (4000+ headcount per annum) in Frontline BPO space.
- Strong Team Management experience.
- Candidates with experience in third party business process services companies preferred.
- Hand on experience of bulk and frontline hiring.
- Strong understanding of BPO dynamics and stakeholder management
- Experience leading teams in a fast moving, customer-centric, hands-on environment.
- Highly adaptable and organized personality with proven excellent project management skills and strong business acumen.
- Experience working with a global, matrix environment with multicultural teams.
- Proven ability to identify and independently solve complex problems through the implementation of systems based on industry best practices.
- MBA/PG degree preferred.
