The recruiting leader would be responsible in building and developing a high performing recruiting team to support client's aggressive growth plans. As a manager of managers, the incumbent would enable the team to be a trusted advisor to the business. As a part of the global recruiting leadership team, s/he would be responsible for driving organization specific key strategic initiatives. The recruitment leader will also collaborate with internal teams such as HR business partners, University Relations and Talent Branding teams.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Offers a consultative approach to hiring managers and what their needs are. This would be done through an in-depth understanding of the business, coupled with strong recruiting acumen.
- Stakeholder Management - Internal and External Stakeholders
- Operational Excellence- drive recruiting metrics, efficiency, MIS, Dashboards,
- People Management- as a manager of managers, will be responsible for leading a large team of recruiting managers, recruiters etc.
- Functional Excellence- use Recruiting best practices to hire the best.
- Build and develop a high performing recruiting framework that can support aggressive business plans.
- Develop a long term vision for the recruiting team in India which would be in alignment with the global recruiting tenets.
- Manages and initiates complex projects autonomously that could have significant business impact.
- Responsible for complex recruiting strategies with hiring managers for a wide range of positions.
Could independently manage critical search mandates.
- Collaborate with global recruiting teams from international locations to provide consolidated view of organizational staffing and share/adopt best practices.
- Utilize quality improvement methods to drive operational efficiency
