Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition - (BFSI Hiring/ Investment Banking/Financial Services hiring)

We are hiring for one of our major global fintech clients for the search of Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition (BFSI/ Investment Banking/ Financial Services/ FinR) based out of Hyderabad / Gurgaon.

Required Skills:

- The candidate should have 10 - 15 years of experience in lateral hiring role with excellent communication and people management experience

- The candidate should have current/previous experience of hiring from Finance, Fin-Tech, Banking captive firms

- The candidate should be in a people management role from last 2 years and managing a team of 4- 6 people.

- The candidate should have strong experience in working with multiple stakeholders and strong on stakeholder management
