About our Client: Our client is a leading multinational player within the financial insurance space. With a large portfolio and a strong presence in India, they employ over 2000 employees in the India market. With strong growth plans, they are looking to hire a senior manager talent acquisition to support growth in the region, in their corporate office in Mumbai.

Job Description: Reporting into the Senior HRBP, your responsibilities will include:

- Determine and deliver strategies to source the best talent to meet business needs including social media, job portal, internal job portal hiring, campus hiring strategy

- Identify and understand competitive advantage and employment value proposition that results in effective candidate engagement

- Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity in the recruiting function

- Create, communicate, and execute the recruiting strategy for the Company in alignment with business partners. Assess, establish and monitor systems and processes to drive execution of full cycle recruiting for the Company.

- Identify ways in which they can be enhanced, develop related project briefs and change plans as appropriate

- Drive the execution of talent requirement for multiple business plans and projects, including those of critical positions

- Develop and maintain current understanding of LOB business drivers and dynamics that affect requirements for hiring

- Develop and maintain all MIS related to talent acquisition including sourcing mix, recruitment strategies, attrition analysis etc.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 8-10 years of experience with at least 4 years in a pure talent acquisition role. We are looking for candidates who have managed recruitment end to end.

- Exposure to cross industry sectors is desirable. Stability will a a key pre requisite for this role.

- Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of managing complex stakeholders is required.
