What is the role's objective?
- Execute and contribute to developing effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements that align with business goals.
- Create and maintain talent pipelines to fill current and future roles efficiently.
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.
- Create and foster high-touch relationships of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, especially job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract potential candidates.
- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fill
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.

What is the prior experience needed?
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in Financial Services preferred
What qualification/s you should have?
- MBA or any equivalent degree
