Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (BFSI MNC)

Shift timing: 12pm to 9pm/ 2pm to 11pm

Hybrid Module: 3 Days WFO

Key Responsibilities:

- As Senior Manager for Talent Acquisition, you own the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function for The Client across the geographies you are responsible for.

- You are the custodian for the implementation of the talent acquisition strategy (with quality, timelines, and budget utilization) and its link to business outcomes.

- Additionally, you are also a partner for hiring managers and people operations team members.

- As a manager for the team, you are also responsible for their deliverables and performance.

- Vendor Management

- Stakeholder management

Required Experience:

- Master's degree in human resources.

- 8-12 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions across diverse industries.

- Candidate should have good exposure in IT and non-IT, both types of hiring.
