- Workforce planning, Stakeholder Management, sourcing, researching, networking, screening, evaluating and referring qualified candidates, in addition to working with other business partners (human resources generalists and hiring managers) on driving hiring needs.
- Consulting & advising the hiring managers on end to end selection process.
- Manage multiple campaigns across geographically dispersed locations,
- Developing advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
- Partnering with Hiring Managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition.
