- It an individual role, one support staff will be there to help this role in day to day transactional activities.

- Handling hiring for entire Pune for all roles like Branch Banking, CASA, Assets etc.

- Managing Mass hiring's

Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification :

- In depth knowledge of Job Portals, head hunting & Campus hiring's

- In depth knowledge of end to end employee life cycle.

- Understanding of HR processes & performance appraisal process & generalist role also.

- Graduate - 4-6 years of experience

- Post Graduate - 2-6 years of experience

- Should have good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage, motivate and work in team.

- Should possess relationship building skills.

- Should have good communication skill, job stability & maturity
