Our client is a leader known for providing technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition with following KRAs:
1. Lead the Talent Acquisition cycle for Engineering, Manufacturing and Support Functions.
2. Drive Leadership hiring, technical hiring, and campus recruitment.
3. Lead all sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, consultants, etc.
4. Interact with Business Heads and build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
5. Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interview, and communication)
6. Prepare and review annual recruitment budget and optimize the utilization.
8. Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness about the company.
9. Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
The ideal candidate should have:
1. 12 - 15 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition for the Aerospace and Engineering domain.
2. Engineering graduate with an MBA from an institute of repute.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a matrix culture.
