Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent to meet company's needs. Additionally, this role will leverage HR technology to optimize recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber talent.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies, to build a diverse talent pipeline.

- Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

- Foster strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy.

- Partner with HR and other departments to support workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

- Implement and optimize HR technology solutions, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and AI-driven tools, to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.

- Evaluate and integrate new HR tech tools to streamline recruitment processes and improve data analytics capabilities.
