Talent acquisition function is seamlessly integrated with Business HR and candidate experience management function led by experienced professionals and to ensure strong & effective TAT and successful onboards.
The key responsibilities in that regards are:
- Closely work with HR Business Partner & Hiring Managers to understand the quarterly team capacity build-up requirements.
- Plan & identify a strategy to fulfil the hiring needs of 4 unique business unit profiles within the company.
- Align the hiring needs and timeline to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and people budgets.
- Draw the best approach of deploying correct channel for recruitment for given roles and profiles across BUs.
- Run end-to-end screening & selection process in partnership with hiring managers within defined Turn-Around-Time.
- Strengthen company's talent-pull factor in the IP industry by maintain & enhancing the standards set for candidate experience management.
- Maintain defined KPIs and recruitment TATs
Function & Process Development: Candidate must have proven past ability/experience in:
- Annual review and re-design (if required) of the screening, interviewing & selection process to meet the demands of the candidate market in sync with the organization's priorities and interest.
- Meticulously managing a searchable & updated talent database across BU at all times.
- Find creative methods and approaches for a 'ready-to-hire' talent pipeline for high-paced growing units.
Business Reporting & Review: Candidate must have proven past ability/experience in:
- Bi-monthly recruitment pipeline & closure report to reporting manager (15th/30th of the month).
- Develop an online monthly dashboard with the company's BI dashboard team. Maintain the backend update in real-time on a daily basis.
- Lead monthly management review with each BU on progress and plan of action.
- Ability to create an impressive, insightful dashboard for leadership business reporting & review of talent acquisition function, independently.
Candidate Profile:
- Must be a graduate or post-graduate in a related field with minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience.
- Must be currently working in an in-house HR team under a recruitment function (prior experience with recruitment/head-hunting firms will be advantageous).
- Impeccable communication & articulation ability to confidently strike the first conversation with a candidate, pitch the company and role.
- Strong track record in talent acquisition from IP or knowledge-intensive organizations willbe preferred.
- Must be from Tier A academic background in schooling and a post-graduation degree from Tier A or B institute only
