Hands-on in:
- Sourcing with in-house recruiting team, search firm or agency
- Managing a team of recruiters
- Assimilating technical job specifications, skill requirements and creating JDs
- Developing and executing newer techniques of candidate research and lead generation
- Handling salary negations and offer letter generation
- Creating and maintaining various recruiting matrices and report
- Engaging and activating passive candidates
Must-haves:
- Good communication skills
- Team management skills
- Sharp Negotiation Skills
Desired Experience:
- Should have worked in VC funded start-up companies and scaled the company
Work Ex: 6+ Years of overall experience (3+ yrs with a high growth product company)
Qualification: B.E/ B Tech preferred
