Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition


Role & responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the overall talent acquisition strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with best practices.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop customized recruitment plans for each department.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other talent sources.

- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and negotiating offers.

- Implement innovative recruiting techniques to attract top talent, including employer branding initiatives, social media campaigns, and networking events.

- Analyze recruitment metrics and data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully building and managing high-performing recruitment teams.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and senior executives.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

- Proficiency in recruitment technology and tools, including applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
