The candidate should have strong and in-depth experience to the following areas
- Campus - Should have managed relationships across Pan India locations. Strong understanding of the entire campus hiring program.
- Senior level hiring - Should have managed senior level hiring upwards of GM
- Should be a people manager - should have led a team of 3-5 people in the past or in the current role, however currently the candidate will have only 1 person reporting
- Should be strong on Technology - should have used ATS tools and should be well versed with it, for any development of the features internally
- Vendor Management - Should have strong recruitment vendor relationships on a Pan India level
- R&R Program - Should have had some exposure to designing and driving R&R programs within HR for ensuring that the teams meets the TAT on Offer and shortlists.
- Reports - Should be comfortable with XL and should have had a strong hold on preparing / presenting weekly, monthly, & 6 monthly reports with TA dashboards.
- Process/SOP - Should have designed TA process notes and should be able drive it through the team
- Stakeholder Management - Should have had regular interactions with senior stakeholders in the organization at EXECOM levels.
- Audit - Should have had experience in managing end to end TA audits.
