Job Title : Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Qualification : Masters/MBA/PGDM/PGP/PG degree in Personnel/Human Resource Management
Experience : 10+ years
Job Responsibility :
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract top talent across all levels and functions.
2. Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high performance culture.
3. Ideate & execute the TA strategy in accordance with industry for the specialized roles
4. Liaise cross functionally to understand staffing needs to align and support hiring initiatives according to the priorities
5. Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent acquisition, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
6. Drive teams to evaluate applications and screen candidates via calls or emails, as well as define pre-interview assessment process
