Senior Manager - Systems - Accounts - CA - Chemical Industry

CA with excellent written and Verbal Communication Skills having worked in MNC Organisation at least once, responsible for :

- Establish and maintain robust finance processes and policies and a strong internal control environment

- Proactively implementing suitable improvements

- Timely financial/management reporting and provide analysis to support key strategic decisions and initiatives.

- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to deliver information and analysis on time and with quality

- Mediate / Support IT, business and accounting

- Support to key decision makers and be the interface between the business and technology/systems

- Establish and maintain robust finance processes and policies

- Writing & implementation of policies and procedures

- Develop appropriate reporting tools to extract from SAP and other systems.

- Lead and participate in projects involving financial accounting or management reporting.

- Participate Corporate and Global accounting/ reporting improvement projects

- Strong accounting (IFRS) & reporting

- Must have SAP systems and and SAP BW process in order to be able to track and trace the required information from the data available.

- Ability to find the balance between adequate and too much information.

- Mobilise resources for any additional work that needs to go in getting the information required in order to complete the tasks listed above.

- Good to have CPM (consolidation programme) and other related systems knowledge.

- One who can multi task, manage timelines & be flexible.

- Frequent travel required.

Experience in Manufacturing set up at one point of time is preffered
