Senior Manager - Supply & Demand Planning

- Building integrated supply chain planning capabilities: comprehensive demand forecasting, production planning and inventory management functions.

- Understand customer supply chain issues and implement customer-based improvements.

- Work collaboratively with Customer Service and Operations personnel to continuously improve the replenishment process by ensuring forecasts, net requirements, and replenishment orders are communicated and aligned with operational efficiencies.

- Establish clear metrics, aligned with global policies, to manage the planning processes and results in all areas.

- Establish procedures, based on best practices, to drive cost and service improvements that improve our internal processes and enhance our ability to serve our customers.

- Responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning process in the respective countries.

- Responsible for the development and delivery of the annual operating plan (AOP) cost and inventory and the delivery of the plant capital budget.
