Job Title: Senior Manager - Supply Chain Management - OEM Manufacturing Company

Location: Chennai

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the complete Customer Order Fulfillment (Offer and Order) for the Business Units under this team

-Customer forecast, direct interface with customer and then co-ordinate with Internal Team.

-Customer order processing,

-interaction with global customer

-30-40 % Logistics, Warehouse.

- Develop and lead sales order and operations planning process

- Monitor Order team to ensure they process orders with shortest turnaround time of 48 hours

- Conduct training to Order and Offer team leads

- Monitor and improve order fill rate, inventory turns and backorder processing

- To manage day to day operations

- Monitor and ensure order booking and sales plan / forecasts

- Stock replenishment for select product lines as predefined

- Co-ordinating with WH / Branches / UH for sales and related activities

- Coordination with SAP team for process improvement for complete OE team.

- Submission of reports/dashboards on monthly basis

- Attend monthly sales review meetings

- Order & Offer processing as per pricing guidelines, terms (global accounts and local accounts)

- Monitor Offer team to ensure they meet the required timelines in responding to internal and external customers

- Prepare debit note / credit note (co-ordinate suppliers, customer & finance )

- Closely monitor and follow credit limits before invoicing

- Review inventory and push to Customers / Sales based on the basis of material arrangement

- Plan forecast accuracy

- Monitor overseas logistics

- Day to day operations of EXIM team

- Coordination with FF / CHA to prioritize shipments

- Negotiate rate contracts of FF / CHA

- Compliance to EXIM government policies, statutory norms, etc

- Effective handling of BWH

- Effectively manage and handle domestic logistics

Key metrics and deliverables :

- Optimum material planning

- On time delivery

- Customer escalation handling and customer satisfaction

- Forecast accuracy (local production and FG imports )

- Monthly uniform distribution of billing

- Compliance of audit processes

- Effective clearance to overseas subsidiaries for material dispatch / priority container loading

- MIS reports

Skills:

- Order fulfillment, order processing, Sales order processing, costing with SAP
