Senior Manager - Supply Chain - FMCG

As a Sr. Manager-Supply Chain, you will be leading a team of supply chain professionals and will be responsible for the overall demand planning and end-to-end supply chain of raw materials, packaging materials etc.

What you will do:

1. Purchase

- Handling all Raw material/Packaging material sourcing

- Managing Vendor negotiation and relationship

- Maintaining leads and ensuring new vendor development

- Conducting the RM/ PM supply planning process

- Overseeing Investment Control and Cost control

- Monitoring Vendor performance to ensure cost effective material and timely delivery

2. Warehousing and Logistics

- Performing Warehouse management activities

- Maintaining Stock control

- Planning Vehicle placement and managing Transporter relationship

- Supervising and strategising Stock management

3. Planning

- Production planning

- Demand planning and scheduling for the plant locations

- Defining strategic sourcing, network strategies, and long term capacity planning

- Planning and managing the dispatch function

- Maintaining Ageing stocks

What you need to know/have:

- Should have extensive experience in Purchase with some hands on experience in Planning, Warehouse & Logistics

- MBA Candidates preferred (Reputed colleges)

- Should have handled purchase dept for juice based beverages manufacturing company

- Leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams

- Should be willing to shift to Whitefield, Bangalore

- Excellent communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement ability

- Good problem solving and decision-making skills
