Senior Manager- Supply Chain Excellence-Leading FMCG Brand - Mumbai

- The candidate should have experience of Strategies Formation or Policies Framing for Supply Chain Operation.

- The candidate must have hands on experience on SAP.

- The candidate must have completed MBA from Top B-schools (2011- 2014)

Projects :

- Drive projects across supply chain for improving efficiency and agility

- Drive technology enablement across supply chain

- Drive NPD launch / relaunch country specific projects, by coordinating with different stake holders.

Logistics :

- Frame service levels and performance management with Primary transporters to support execution of dispatch plans across all manufacturing location, mother/regional DCs.

- Lead the standardization of Logistics and Warehousing KPIs in alignment with global standards, documenting ways of working and ensuring compliance across all DCs.

- Design and implement network for primary transportation and review (regular basis) in conjunction to total delivered cost.

- Lead rollout of SAP-WMS implementation across identified warehouse and partner with RLMs and LSP to deliver committed KPIs.

Planning :

- Identifying best practices and planning process improvements to meet to improve service levels and inventory turnover ratio.

- Facilitate and build capability for Regional Logistics Managers towards execution of the regional demand planning process for the regions.

- Develop metrics to gauge the efficacy of planning tools like MRP/CRP.
