Senior Manager - Supply Chain - Engineering Goods Business

Scrabble is mandated to hire a Senior Manager - Supply Chain for a high-growth startup in the engineering goods space based out of Pune.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure cost-effective procurement on both global and local scales.

- Extensive experience in building relationships with multiple suppliers/manufacturers.

- Establish strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality and timely deliveries.

- Lead end-to-end projects, from planning to execution, evaluation and ensure on time delivery.

Qualifications:

- 5 to 8 years of experience in a supply role in a similar space with an engineering background.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record in project management and process optimization.

- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
