Principal Accountabilities:
Business Planning & Strategy implementation
- Mahindra Annual Planning Cycle for Real Estate sector- ensure readiness for the annual Strategy, Operations and Budget with the Group Leadership
- Annualised action planning and deployment of the Strategy through a 'Balanced Score Card' (BSC) - finalization, integration and cross-functional linkages, communication to associates
- Strategy Implementation projects: Co-partner with functions & subject matter experts in execution of projects which are key to identified strategy roadmap - preparation of project charters, diagnostic studies, data analysis, solutioning & implementation
- New strategic initiatives encompassing the identification & formulating of strategy for non-core business assets through joint ventures, alliances, and divestitures. Conducting best use analysis, feasibility studies, sourcing prospects & closures
- Project Management and stakeholder management: Spearhead collaborations with external consultants and advisories, liaise with all internal stakeholders and deliver high quality definite outcomes in a timely manner
Strategic Alliances
- Share responsibility of building B2B alliances for the residential and industrial sector
- Improve customer living experience through value added services which helps in community building and place-making
Technology Enablement and Digitisation
- Work closely with the Group Strategy, Technology and Digital teams to drive value across the value chain of the residential and industrial businesses
- Improve operational efficiency by technology led process improvements and lead time reduction
Market Intelligence
- Build & maintain a strong external intelligence base on key market trends to help informed decision making
- Identify market dynamics in addition to social and economic trends- presenting findings, projections and recommended actions
- Scan the market and identity partners with strong value propositions that can help the firm achieve market leadership, in areas including but not limited to technology and sustainability

Qualification and Experience:
Qualification Experience
- MBA - 6-8 years of work experience post MBA
- Preferably prior experience in management consulting
- Should be interested in Real Estate sector with long term commitment to the sector
- Experience in Strategy function of a large Indian/MNC
- Candidates with non-traditional educational and work backgrounds can be considered - Data analytics and visualization experience is preferable
