Senior Manager Strategy
Scope :
- Responsible for identifying, developing, and driving strategies that create opportunities for growth
Responsibilities :
- Strategy development and implementation thereof.
- External relations and business partnerships
- Financial planning resource mobilisation plan to sustain the activities of the organisation
- Plan and operationalize robust relationship building and network with various foundations and government programmes.
New initiatives :
- Work closely with colleagues on various initiatives
- Mentoring of young team members.
Desired qualification and competencies :
- Post-Graduation in Social Development/ Management or related field.
- 8-10 years of post qualification experience handling tasks similar to the ones listed in the responsibilities section.
- Innovative and strong problem-solution orientation
