In order to bring in payment services to millions of Indians, the company has partnered with State Bank of India, ICICI Bank, Yes Bank, IndusInd Bank. Currently, it serves over 5 million customers, in 80 towns and cities over 13 states of India. As Senior Manager - Strategy, you will be reporting directly to the CEO . You will also be responsible for supporting the CEO in managing the executive function and help track all the projects, initiatives, decisions, sales leads and actions to be determined and pursued. The other key responsibilities will include:

- Providing strategic and analytical assistance to CEO & Founder in overall group strategy

- Formulating action plans for developing, implementing and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for the organisation

- Working with a defined set of functions and businesses and assisting them in developing an annual road map with the consensus of the CEO

- Drafting strategic reports and presentations for CEO - market research, competitor analysis and internal papers

- Analyzing cost, quality and operational data for benchmark study and facilitating implementation

- Responsible for weekly forecasting of company cost and taking necessary steps for mitigation of costs

- Conducting market attractive assessment including customer segmentation, market estimation, competitor assessment and pricing for a new market

- Providing strategic insight to various parts of the business, aimed either at unlocking a future avenue of growth, or solving a key business problem

- Preparing corporate updates on performance highlights and upcoming projects

Candidate Profile:

- B.E/B.Tech (IIT/NIT) with MBA (FMS/MDI/XLRI MDI/ISB/IIM) is preferred

- Strong business acumen - understands the key financial drivers and dynamics related to growth and revenue goals of the organization

- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment

- Comprehensive knowledge on the payment/remittance industry

- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Strong follow-up, communication and presentation skills

- Ability to connect the dots to identify opportunities and convince the CEO

- Exemplary planning and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

- Exceptional analytical skills and project management skills

- Proactive and disciplined go-getter who can drive results

- Dynamic personality who has pursued a passion till date (other than food and music) is a must have for this role

- Flexible for 6 day working structure

Salary offered: 10 - 17 LPA
