Senior Manager - Strategy - Financial Services

This person would be responsible for leading the Inventory Funding program and would be overseeing day to day transactions and managing the overall business growth and P&L. They would be the cross-functional lead across Operations, Credit, Collection and Sales. (Inventory Funding, a lending product, is a short tenure, working capital loan extended to used car dealers to enable them to fund their car inventory.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensuring efficient functioning of all key functions listed above and ensuring adherence to TAT

- Ensuring a risk free loan portfolio and ensuring adherence to defined process

- Management reporting and publishing of dashboards on a weekly basis

- P&L Management

- Adhering Ensuring adherence to AOP and business plan

- Developing BRD for productization and driving product development with product lead

- Designing and implementing strategic solutions to solve for business challenges

Candidate Preference:

- Start-up experience (preferably in Financial Services/Fintech)

- B School graduate (optional)

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
