We are executing an interesting assignment as Sr. Manager - Strategy with one of the leading EdTech company in Bangalore. The KRA's would be: - Develop, align &amp; communicate strategy to all stakeholders. - Identify new growth areas and new market opportunities. - Prepare senior, board, investment presentations. - Program manage annual operating plan with finance &amp; business units. - Grow alliances to create revenue &amp; cost management opportunities. - Evaluate inorganic growth opportunities. - Monitor &amp; Analyse market, competition and consumers and drive business intelligence. The desirable would be: - 2015-2017 Batch, Tier 1 MBA only. - Minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience in Consulting/ Corporate Strategy team / EA to CEO. - This will be an IC role and experience in B2C environment is preferred. - Should have experience of working in Business planning/ sales strategy/ Lead generation/ lead optimization roles. - Strong problem solving and communication abilities; is organized and efficient. - Excited by and open to new ideas and new ways of doing things. - Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-paced work environment. - Proficient with multiple technologies - Ideally someone who has grown in an organization, stayed longer in an organization and seen hyper growth.
