- Ninjacart is India's Largest agri marketing platform, solving one of the toughest supply chain problems through technology. We connect vegetables and fruits farmers directly with businesses. At one end, we help farmers get better prices and deal with consistent demand and on another end, wehelp retailers to source fresh vegetables at competitive prices directly from farmers. We do this effectively at lower cost, better speed and larger scale using integrated supply chain powered by technology, data science, infrastructure and logistics network.

- We move 150 Tonnes of vegetables from farm to 2000+ retailers on daily basis within 12 hours in Bangalore and Chennai. We are 450 people company. We are also the fastest growing startup in India currently with revenue growth to 70 Cr in two years. We work with 3000+ farmers and 2000+ retailers. We aim to grow to 1000 tonnes of daily volumes and expand to more cities in near future.

- Ninjacart aims at building the next generation supply chain that can change the way vegetables and fruits reach our plate and improve lives of India's 58% workforce i.e farmers. We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join as Senior Manager Strategy, CEO's Office Team. You will work on initiatives that drive growth and improvements in the existing as well as new departments.

- You will define and pick projects and get respective departments on board. You will be responsible for leading these projects and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Designing, Executing, Training, Performance Tracking,

Making Improvements among other things.

- Every day is about thinking and solving for new challenges and opportunities that come our way and ensuring that we meet the high expectations and deliver business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Closely work with the CEO to own and drive priority things across the organization (and externally) with a rapidly evolving set of initiatives.

- With an eye on the potential outcomes the CEO's Office is trying to achieve, define deliverables and get different stakeholders on-board.

- Understanding initiatives & deliverables:

- Work with department heads and understand the key initiatives.

- Understand the potential outcomes the department is trying to achieve through these initiatives.

- Define deliverables and get different stakeholders on-board.

- Ideate and come up with different possible solutions and propose the most optimal one.

- Planning: Divide the solution proposed into multiple projects. Prioritise projects on the basis of impact and effort required. Break down the projects further into actionable steps. Present the plan to the senior management to get them on-board.

- Implementation: Define approach for all the actionable steps. Build required processes with focus on accuracy, efficiency and scalability. Try to productize and automate as much as possible. Define and set up KPIs and success metrics to monitor the health of the project. Prepare implementation guidelines and SOPs. Identify resources to work with. Ensure training of personnel involved and identify specific/periodic training programs, if required. Solve queries raised by the team. If similar queries are raised frequently incorporate in the implementation guidelines and train the team.

- Monitoring: Set up monitoring protocol. Monitor KPIs and success metrics. Identify issues, modify the plan and processes related to it which may lead to better outcome. Once the processes are stable, handover to respective department head.

Requirements:

- Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIMs/XLRI/ISB).

- 2-6 years of work experience post MBA

- Startup DNA and Entrepreneurial zeal

Must Have Attributes:

- Very strong problem solving / analytical skills and project management capabilities

- Self-starter/multi-tasker, confident, resourceful with good presentation skills

- Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to communicate with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels

- Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly learn and absorb new information

- Ability to take decision based on sound logical arguments. Seek continuous feedback to deliver most optimal solutions

- Exceptional problem solving skills with strong commitment to improve things every day
