- Conceptualize and drive implementation of key initiatives across people, process & technology
- Work closely with technology team to create systems and automate processes to enhance customer experience
- Analyze the spends and identify opportunities across categories of the product
- Define sales growth strategy and drive actionables towards it
- Identify gaps in sales performance and prioritized action areas for greater sales
- Initiate Business Transformation program to increase the market share
