Senior Manager- Strategy & Business Excellence. Captive of a Global Leader


Our client is one of the finest captive units in Bangalore with more than 3000 folks

The role is part of the strategy & Business Excellence team:

It works closely with Executive Leadership Team to conceptualize, architect, and drive a host of cross-functional strategic programs aimed at delivering performance & productivity improvement, process standardization and building sustained capability across the organization. This team will serve as an incubator for new initiatives across the company as well as to build high performing teams. The range of work includes, but not limited to:


1. Strategic initiatives across different BUs

2. Operational excellence initiatives with cross functional engineering and business teams

3. Financial modeling & scenario analysis, pricing model development, business due diligence

4. Drive setting up strategic alliances & partnerships with companies to aid market growth

5. Architect, coordinate & drive delivery of other cross-functional programs

What you will do:

1. Support Leadership teams in identifying opportunities & conceptualizing program objectives.

2. Define program scope and structure program execution plan.

3. Define baseline metrics/goals to quantify program outcomes.

4. Gather and document requirements for the program.

5. Own program(s) assigned and drive them to closure within defined timelines and budget.

6. Work closely with program team members and provide operational support to program team members to drive program outcomes.

7. Work with various business stakeholders to drive program support & coordination.

8. Identify, manage, resolve and/or escalate issues/risks at the program level.

9. Report progress on program status to the program sponsor and stakeholders

10. Support organization development activities such as hiring, training, planning, etc.
