Senior Manager - Strategist - Artificial Intelligence

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AI Value Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building AI value strategies in the areas of Sales, Supply Chain, Product & Pricing, Marketing and CRM within the Hi-Tech Industry.

You will be responsible for creating the AI-powered vision, prioritize AI opportunities with businesses aligned with value drivers, developing AI/GenAI strategy and related roadmap and strategy in areas such as sales analytics, demand planning, inventory management, customer analytics, etc. for Hi- Tech industry. You will also be responsible for identifying gaps in delivery/engagement and building the key enablers needed to deliver impact to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build AI vision and strategy with business leaders in focus market units.

- Develop relationship with client stakeholders and accounts to identify opportunities for Data & AI solutions aligned with client value and impact.

- Expertise in solutioning for complex business challenges and deliver exceptional business outcomes.

- Overall responsibility of the project management and delivery, including thought leadership in problem solving and developing recommendations

- Lead and manage a team of data scientists to collective success.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and illustrate business value, gather requirements, design solutions.

- Architect functional solutions and provide technical guidance to enhance the performance and scalability of AI systems.

- Leverage cloud platforms, with preference for Azure, and experience with GCP/AWS is also valued.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Skills Required:

- Proven track record in AI Value Strategy identification and growth enablement

- Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with GCP/AWS.

- Knowledge of LLM exposure and experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Llama 2, Claude 2, Hugging Face, etc., will be an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Master's degree in Computer Science/MBA in a quant discipline - in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or related field from a premier institute

- 15+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on areas as mentioned above.
