About Our Client :

- Our client is one of the most recognized names in the foods/FMCG sector, and a well known house hold brand. They're looking at enhancing as well as expanding their India business and hence are on a lookout to hire a Sr. Manager for Sourcing at a National Level, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Job Description :

Reporting directly into the Head of Supply Chain, your responsibilities include :

- Sourcing of Raw Materials (Food Ingredients)

- Liaising with senior stakeholders

- Managing CapEx, OpEx and Raw Material Spend

- Arranging e-bidding and auctioning with vendors

- Assisting admin team with indirect spends

- Liaising with Global Stakeholders to implement robust sourcing for the region

- Leverage Vendor relationships to optimize savings and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant :

- You will have a Post Graduate degree with at least 10 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement within the FMCG sector. You will have an experience in handling a national role.

- Having work experience in a food products organization is big plus. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and should be comfortable working in a multicultural environment in an individual capacity and as a part of a team.
