- As the Senior Manager - Strategic Projects, you will be responsible for problem diagnosis impacting top or bottom line, process mapping and excellence, monitoring key business metrics and managing process automation.
What you will do:
Problem Diagnosis
- Reviewing sectional business problems and offering solutions either via technology, financial control or business process automation
- Identifying key business process risks, evaluated impact of process gaps / improper implementation and developed solutions to mitigate identified risk
Process mapping and excellence
- Helping and guiding to build an operational backbone by developing structured standard operating procedures
- Working with operational teams to identify and plug wastages, reducing costs across business functions
Monitoring key business metrics -
- Building and populating key management dashboards to enable data-driven decision making
- Helping department heads break down company plan into operational /execution plans
- Co-developing key performance indicators basis executional plans
- Developing and monitoring key business metrics
- Assessing and benchmarking financial metrics
- Developing detailed financial models simulating various scenarios enabling the departments to optimize terms and cost
Process Automation -
- Offering solutions which eliminate data redundancy - eliminating duplication and/or business process automation of legacy systems
- Applying data analytics tools, machine learning and optimization tools to drive efficiency
What you need to know/have:
- B.E/B.Tech and MBA candidates from premier institutes
- Demonstrable experience of 4-8 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in process mapping and process automation
- Prior experience in monitoring Key Business Metrics
- Ability to assess the current process structure, considering Cost Effectiveness and Budgeting
- Ability to establish strategic direction and execute on a daily basis
- Analytical bent of mind
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple teams
- Knowledge of ERP planning, budgeting and implementation
