Sr. Manager - Banca - Strategic Alliances - (New Business Development)
KRA's :
- Represent a full line of insurance-Led end to end activities related to Bancassurance Business.
- Individually develop new relationships / Strategic Alliances with Banks, Co-op Banks and NBFC's.
- To Acquire major accounts and successfully manage relationship with the key stakeholder of the strategic partners.
- To deliver on all the KPIs Business Development, MoM Sales performance and Process enhancement.
- Initiate an aggressive campaign of cross selling Motor, Personal Accident, Health, Critical Care and Travel Insurance policies.
MBA - Tier 1 or Tier 2 - Should have experience in new Business Development (Bank, NBFC, Co-Op bank)
- Candidate with good communication and presentation skills should apply.
