Senior Manager - Strategic Alliances - Life Insurance - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

- Drive partnership acquisition and insurance sales in traditional spaces - Banks, NBFC, HFC, emerging segments, wallets, payment banks, automobile, fintech, ecommerce etc. in the Life Insurance industry.

- Ideate and conceptualize new propositions and prospects within the identified segments

- Effective implementation of overall on-boarding business sales strategies to suit the channel dynamics

- Monitor, support and conduct reviews and feedback sessions with the teams for continuous development and achieving business volumes as projected

- Ensure channel adherence to statutory and regulatory norms.

Pre-requisites required :

- Must be from Tier1 Universities / Colleges.

Exp : 6+ years relevant experience.
