Senior Manager - Statutory & Compliance - IT

We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager- Statutory & Compliance for one of our clients in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- Ensure compliance with all statutory matters from an employment law perspective; ensure filing of returns and registers with respect to applicable employment laws across locations

- Handle all the formalities related to ESIC, PF, Gratuity in a timely manner and ensure compliance

- Communicate, Network & Co-operate with various Statutory, Government and other bodies for ensuring compliance

- Handle notices, summons, inspections and other legal actions pertaining to employment laws

- Provide support and guidance during statutory audits carried out by clients

- Monitor and ensure vendor compliance

- Provide Subject Matter Expertise on issues related to employment law and compliance in the organization

- Liaise with service providers to ensure employee queries and concerns and settlements are addressed in a timely

- Should have expertise and experience in managing all matters related to PF, ESIC, Statutory Compliance, Employment Laws

- Should have experience of working in large corporate organizations
