Sr. Manager Stat Audits

We are looking for Sr. Manager - Stat Audit for our company, please refer the below description:

Roles and responsibilities:

- Work with the Assurance practice to execute Audit / Indian GAAP/ IFRS / US GAAP accounting services and related services for clients

- Preparation and Execution, Drafting of Reports in compliance with Companies Audit Reports Order 2020.

- Ensuring compliance with Auditing standards, accounting standards and various other laws as applicable to the entity being audited

- Coaching and mentoring team members and juniors on Audit IND (AS), IFRS, including reviews of work.

- Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions

- Good Experience in Manufacturing, Service, Trading, NBFC, FS, TMT Sector, Banking sector.

- Preparation of Financial Statements as per the Companies Act 2013

- Experience in Audit of listed entities like NBFC, Banks will be preferred.

- Comfortable with Client visits as & when required within India

- Ensure proper documentation of Audit work and get the work reviewed as per the regulation of ICAI.

- Maintain good relationship with current and prospective Audit clients.

- Capable to see areas of cross-selling business.

- Have strong soft skills like inter personal, team and communication skills both verbal and written

Requirements:

- Must be a qualified CA

- Min. 7years of experience post qualification in Stat Audits

- Excellent communications skills.
