Senior Manager - Staffing
Jobs And Responsibilities :
- Built capabilities, processes and policies for the off role staffing teams.
- Work closely with partners both external partners - Staffing partners, Technology partners and internal partners (Business verticals & the staffing team)
- Responsible for smooth and timely implementation of various automation and process enhancement drives.
- Responsible for engaging with relevant stakeholders viz Manpower service provider, Staffing system provider, iConnect team,IT team, etc.
- Responsible for devising and implementation of various Initiatives within the Staffing team.
- Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables.
- Development and Maintenance of project Management Policies and Procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate with a minimum an experience of 5 years.
- Should have worked and implemented It related projects preferable in the HR Domain.
- Smart project management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required along with the ability to tailor communication style to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest and passion to work on IT applications and projects which supports businesses and Staffing team
- Analyze business needs and work with stakeholders to propose and deliver cost effective solutions
